2026 PRISM Winners

This beach house primary bath was reworked to create a more accessible space tailored to the way our clients live. We expanded the shower into a walk-in with a new shower system and grab bar, and refreshed the space with an updated dual vanity, lighting, and mirrors. Martinique Azul mosaic and Seaside Azul tile in the shower, Cemento Matte Hexagon flooring, and walls in Favorite Jeans bring soft coastal tones that complement the home.

This home was redesigned for cooking, hosting, and everyday ease. The kitchen centers on an 11ft custom island with smart storage, Mont Blanc quartzite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a full Thermador appliance package, and a sage green backsplash with layered lighting. In the living room, we removed the existing columns to open up the space and added a new fireplace and mantel. The primary bath was reworked to create a walk-in wet area with a freestanding tub, along with a custom dual vanity and storage tower. The remodel also includes a custom shoe closet, new custom stairs, new flooring throughout, and fresh paint.

A custom dual vanity with an integrated storage tower keeps essentials organized and close at hand. Pietra Santa polished quartzite countertops, honed Carrara marble flooring, and Angela Harris Flatiron Antique tile create a calm, cohesive palette, while LED mirrors, sconces, and recessed lighting balance task and ambient light.
