A custom floating shelf adds a distinctive design detail. The primary closet was rebuilt with improved storage, updated finishes, and integrated laundry functionality. The project also included framing modifications, HVAC adjustments, drywall, insulation, and exterior stucco repairs.

An attic conversion that transformed an underused attic and small bathroom into a dedicated home theater and expanded bathroom suite designed for family entertainment and game nights. The renovation included demolition, framing and layout modifications, new walls and ceilings, electrical and HVAC updates, insulation, drywall, and custom interior finishes. The new theater room features custom built in shelving, finished trim, upgraded lighting, integrated wiring, carpet, and hidden storage cleverly incorporated behind framed posters.

The project included a large 12 foot sliding glass door system, custom built in media cabinetry, TV mounts, new lighting, mirrors, and a rebuilt staircase with new treads, spindles, handrails, and newel posts.
