Whole House Renovation Under $250,000

Houston, TX

For this renovation, we collaborated with Tiffany Edwards, an interior designer, to update the home’s interior finishes, layout, and functionality. Improvements included built-in storage, upgraded windows, and custom millwork to enhance the overall design and usability of the space. The project also included a full primary bathroom renovation with updated fixtures, tile, cabinetry, and finishes.

Remodeled Bath Over $50,000

Houston, TX

A full primary bathroom remodel completed in collaboration with interior designer Tiffany Edwards, featuring a redesigned layout, updated plumbing and electrical, custom cabinetry, marble tile installation, upgraded countertops, and a new tub and shower configuration with a frameless glass enclosure. The renovation also included detailed trim work, custom vanity panels, improved storage, and high end finish selections throughout the space.

Remodeled Bath Under $25,000

Cypress, TX

A vibrant primary bathroom remodel designed to reflect the homeowner’s eclectic style and create a more personalized space. The redesigned shower features updated plumbing, a centered drain, new waterproofing, a floor to ceiling tile surround, and a frameless glass enclosure. A custom curved transition between pebble tile and square floor tile creates a distinctive riverbed inspired design, showcasing the craftsmanship of the tile installation. Despite supply chain challenges, close communication with the homeowner helped bring her vision to life.

Home Addition Under $150,000

Brenham, TX

A farmhouse style home renovation and addition that added approximately 1,446 square feet of covered living space, including a new primary suite, family room, and oversized wrap around front porch. The whole home remodel featured a new roof, windows, doors, exterior shutters, fireplace, custom cabinetry, countertops, wood flooring, tile, ceiling beams, and interior and exterior paint. Thoughtful design and drainage solutions allowed the new home addition to seamlessly integrate with the existing property, creating a forever home with timeless farmhouse character.

Seabrook, TX

A whole home interior renovation focused on opening up the main living areas and creating a more modern and inviting space for entertaining. The project included a complete downstairs remodel, reworked staircase, kitchen and bathroom renovations, new windows and doors, custom cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and updated interior and exterior paint. Cedar beams and a shiplap ceiling add warmth and character, while a dramatic 34 foot structural beam helped create an open concept living area with expansive views toward the water.

Home Addition Under $150,000

Richmond, TX

A creative attic conversion that transformed an unused attic into a functional second floor featuring two bedrooms, a game room, and one and a half bathrooms. The renovation included new windows, wood flooring, tile, countertops, doors, stairs, bathroom plumbing fixtures, hardware, exterior paint, and a new AC unit. A thoughtfully designed new stairwell was integrated by relocating the pantry and utilizing space from the garage, allowing the addition to connect to the existing home.

Whole House Renovation Under $250,000

Location, TX

A whole home interior renovation that blended modern design with the character of a custom country home. The project included new wood flooring, interior paint, updated cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, glass, and modified fixture locations throughout the home. Existing architectural features and statement fixtures were carefully preserved and refreshed, including custom faux painting on two large fixtures to complement the updated design while extending their life. The result is a sophisticated city meets country aesthetic.

Whole House Renovation Under $250,000

Sugar Land, TX

This 1950s ranch home underwent a complete renovation, including an expanded kitchen, new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, doors, windows, stairs, and interior and exterior paint. We also extended the front of the garage by 8 feet to create additional space for an expanded primary closet and bathroom. New doors, windows, stairs, hardware, and interior and exterior paint completed the renovation. Working within the home’s original 1950s construction, we navigated existing engineering and plumbing challenges to create a comfortable and updated home.
