This Pearland project is a fully custom bathroom renovation. The tub was removed, and the shower relocated to allow a small closet expansion. We have custom laid marble floors, walls, and shower. The top is a picket design while the bottom is a herringbone, which makes for a very unique look. Custom built cabinets in the bathroom and closet, along with a custom vanity with lighted mirror. The bath cabinets have a clever vertical, storage drawer and the closet has a set of custom built-in,

flush storage cabinets. New windows in the shower area that provide more privacy, yet still allow plenty of light to brighten the space. These changes really gave this bathroom an elegant look.

A kitchen remodel focused on improving layout, function, and finishes. Work included demolition, cabinet and countertop removal, appliance relocation, framing changes, new pocket door installation, pantry modifications, updated plumbing and electrical, lighting upgrades, and HVAC adjustments. The renovation included custom cabinetry, new countertops, backsplash tile, updated window over the sink, flooring repairs, paint, and appliance installation.

A beautifully upgraded utility and mudroom .The renovation included fresh interior paint, new plumbing to accommodate a tabletop stone sink, and a custom tile design that creates the look of traditional wainscoting and beadboard. Each tile panel was carefully placed to create a dimensional, handcrafted appearance, complemented by decorative tile and a coordinating molding detail. A converted antique table serves as a custom vanity with a marble countertop and stone sink, while a custom dog kennel with a durable soapstone top provides a practical solution for the family’s pets.

This beautiful Historic Farmhouse in Needville was built in 1930 and received a complete interior & exterior renovation. The renovation included new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural framing modifications that allowed for an expanded kitchen, multiple new bathrooms, a completely redesigned staircase, and a spacious upstairs living area. The original wood flooring was carefully preserved to maintain the home’s historic character. A new outdoor deck extends the living space and provides a beautiful setting to enjoy views of the surrounding pasture and 45 acres.

This two story atrium style outdoor living space was designed to provide the comfort of an indoor room with the openness of the outdoors. The expansive 22 foot outdoor kitchen features a chiseled edge leather finished granite countertop, smoker and grill, warming drawer, and high temperature burner, creating an ideal space for cooking and entertaining. Five two story brick columns were built to complement the existing home while adding height and architectural character. Decorative beams support brass light fixtures and contribute to the open ceiling design, while custom screens provide protection from insects.

A complete renovation of a Colorado County winery and event space, transforming the former wine tasting room, bar, bridal and groom’s rooms, and bathrooms into a beautiful guest home and entertainment space. This standout bathroom features custom red cabinetry and floating red shelves that create a bold contrast against the quartz countertops and updated plumbing fixtures. A custom tile shower with privacy glass adds both style, while wood look floor tile reinforces the warm Texas Hill Country aesthetic.
