2025 PRISM Winners

This kitchen remodel focused on several thoughtful updates, including a newly created coffee nook, perfect for early mornings. The kitchen backsplash was updated with Home Brick Forest tile, while the coffee bar was given a distinct touch with Juniper Mix Finish Ceramic in a hexagon mosaic. The remodel also included the addition of custom paneling on the refrigerator and wine rack, as well as a new door featuring a doggy door. The kitchen now boasts top of the line Revel Sub Zero appliances, custom fitted to the space. Additionally, a custom doggy water bowl station was created, ensuring that all members of the family have their needs met in the heart of the home.

A custom bathroom renovation created by converting an existing game room into a functional bedroom and bath space. The new bathroom features a spacious walk in shower with a built in bench and recessed niches, and channels a spa inspired design. Vertuo Chevron Mosaic tile adds a distinctive pattern to the shower floor, while wood look wall tile creates warmth and a relaxing atmosphere. Custom vanity cabinetry, black hardware, and a white oak shelf provide a refined, cohesive finish, while a custom framed mirror and inset medicine cabinet add style and practical storage. A new window brings natural light into the space, completing the space.

The bathroom underwent a complete renovation. The bathtub was removed and replaced with a spacious shower that includes a built-in bench. A half wall was incorporated into the shower design, featuring recessed niches for convenient storage. A dual vanity with inset cabinets was installed, providing increased counter space and improved organization. Wainscoting paneling was applied to the walls to complement the selected wallpaper. The existing head knocker was painted

to blend with the updated design.
