The question your asking yourself is who can I trust to get what I want out of a build. Whether it be a Remodel, or brand new home build from the ground up. I can say that I vetted several contractors and Paul stood out from all of them. Why? he asked the right questions he listened to what I wanted and understood I had a budget and worked very hard to stay in that budget. Communication is key with your contractor, Yes things don't go right that's just how things are but Paul always fixed or reassured they were on top of it. Res Com renovated my mother's house that was built in 1981 that I converted into a rental property. George and his crew are very professional and timely. George is excellent at keeping to the budget that is set and also help in making decisions that is best for the project.
